Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the organization. Daily activities include developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations issues, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

support talent development, and drive HR initiatives that strengthen organizational culture. The role also involves overseeing payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR reporting to support efficient and transparent people practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition to build and retain high-performing teams.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and employee development programs.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation practices.
- Ability to manage payroll inputs, benefits coordination, and HR data reporting with attention to detail.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR software and basic MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior HR experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is preferred.
