We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to support our human resources team with recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and people management while working in a hybrid environment in Chennai.

Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees and interns.
- Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities.
- Help prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support internal communication and team-building initiatives.
- Research recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
- Handle confidential employee information responsibly.

Requirements





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced work environment.
- Ability to commute to the Chennai office on designated in-office days.
