Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and helping coordinate onboarding activities.

Responsibilities may include drafting and updating HR documents, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and assisting in the administration of employee perks and engagement initiatives. The intern will collaborate with HR team members to schedule interviews, manage communication with candidates,



and contribute to HR data reporting and documentation. This is a full-time remote role, offering exposure to aviation-focused HR practices and opportunities to learn from experienced HR professionals.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing expertise in aviation HR.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to assist in their documentation and implementation.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting employee lifecycle activities.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with productivity tools such as word processing and spreadsheets.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in the aviation industry and willingness to learn sector-specific HR practices.
