JOB DESCRIPTIONHR EXECUTIVE PARADIP PORT ODISHA INDIALOCATION: PARADIP PORT ODISHA INDIAWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team at Paradip.Be a key partner in building people, culture and performance.

ROLE PURPOSETo support the HR function in areas of recruitment, employee engagement, PMS, HR operations, compliance and development initiatives, ensuring smooth people processes and a positive workplace culture at Paradip location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding and documentation.

- Employee Relations Address employee queries and grievances professionally and promote a healthy work culture.
- HR Operations Manage attendance, leave, shifts and maintain accurate HR records and MIS.




- Payroll Support Coordinate with payroll team for timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Compliance Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and statutory requirements.
- Training & Development Coordinate training programs and support employee development initiatives.
- Performance Management System (PMS) Support goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisal process, documentation and follow-up.
- Communication Assist in internal communication, HR campaigns and engagement activities.9. Reports & Documentation Maintain HR documentation and provide periodic reports as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration / any relevant field.

1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing, shipyard or industrial sector. Good knowledge of MS Office and HRIS tools. Exposure to PMS process is an added advantage.
