? Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview and joining processes
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers
- Support the HR team in other day-to-day HR activities
? What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Students pursuing BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, or related courses are welcome to apply
