Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our store team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all HR-related activities, including payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to store staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and hiring at store level (sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Provide payroll input (e.g., attendance, leaves, etc.) for accurate payroll processing
- Manage attendance tracking and leave management
- Handle employee grievances, including salary-related issues and other concerns
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures
- Develop and implement training programs for store staff
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Key Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience with payroll processing and management
- Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g. payroll software - Keka)

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast paced F&B; or retail company
- Proven track record in HR generalist role with payroll exposure
