Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at Baner, Pune. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, student placement coordination, and interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with students for documentation, placement activities, and interview scheduling.
- Create and manage student profiles on Naukri.com and apply for relevant job opportunities.
- Conduct mock HR interviews and coordinate technical mock interviews.
- Assist students with CV building, resume optimization, and interview preparation.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Schedule interviews and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.




- Follow up with candidates and students regarding interviews and placement updates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an HR background is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
