Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves supporting employee engagement initiatives, handling employee queries, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

The Human Resources

Executive will help develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws,



and support performance management and training activities. The role also includes coordinating with leadership and project teams to align HR practices with business needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations and HR Policies to ensure smooth processes and compliant practices.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote a healthy work workplace.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with local labor regulations in India, along with experience using HR software or HRIS tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a creative or design-centric organization is an advantage.
