About The Tutorment The Tutorment supports students and working professionals with international job searches, career guidance, CV and LinkedIn profile optimisation, job applications, and interview preparation.

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to guide clients throughout their job-search journey and coordinate with our internal research and application teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients’ qualifications, experience, and career goals to identify suitable job opportunities.
- Guide students and working professionals through the international job-search process, particularly for the UK market.
- Coordinate with research and application teams to ensure relevant opportunities are identified and applications are managed efficiently.




- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely progress updates.
- Support CV optimisation, LinkedIn profile improvement, and interview preparation coordination.
- Build robust client relationships and ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, client success, career counselling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment processes.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the UK job market and international recruitment is an advantage.
