Role Description: The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support overall people strategies and processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS or HR-related systems.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations,



including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Ability to understand, implement, and maintain HR Policies, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced events and experiential marketing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the events, marketing, or hospitality industry is beneficial.
