We are looking for a highly qualified and seasoned HSE Manager to lead our Construction Site Safety Assessment Services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Civil & Industrial Construction Projects e.g., Industrial Buildings, Airports, Aviation Manufacturing Building, Power Plants etc., focusing on ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining regulatory compliance. This role involves critical oversight and expert analysis to guarantee project safety standards are met at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform third-party audits and inspections of construction sites, systems, and processes to verify compliance with national and international HSE regulations.
- Conduct thorough HSE design reviews of “Positive for Construction” drawings and plans, ensuring safety considerations are integrated from the initial stages.
- Lead gap assessments to identify and report areas of non-compliance, providing expert recommendations for corrective actions.
- Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near-misses,



preparing detailed third-party reports that include root cause analysis and preventative measures.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on HSE matters to clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Develop comprehensive HSE audit reports that clearly outline findings, observations, and recommendations.
- Build a team and grow the Construction Safety Assessment Services business.

Educational &

Experience Requirements

- Graduate
- 15+ years’ experience in Construction Site Safety Management/Supervision.

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Construction Safety (NBC, NFPA etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel and engage with clients across regions.
- ADIS

Preferred Certifications

- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification or similar
- IOSH Chartered Member status or equivalent.
- Lead Auditor certification for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Additional certifications in Fire Safety, First Aid, or Risk Management are highly desirable.
