Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for loan process, telecalling, and sales profiles.

Source candidates through referrals, WhatsApp groups, social media, and direct calling.

Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.

Focus on bulk hiring and improve joining ratios.

Required Skills:Positive communication and convincing skills.

Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet targets.

Basic computer knowledge and Excel skills.

Proactive, target-oriented, and confident approach.
