Job Title: Human Resource Executive Nityas Gems & Jewellery Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our jewellery manufacturing workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and follow-ups.
- Handle employee joining formalities, onboarding, documentation and employee records.
- Maintain daily attendance, leave records, overtime details and shift-related information.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, incentives and salary records.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, discipline and workplace issues professionally.
