GatedHomes is looking for an HR Executive to join our growing team and take ownership of our hiring process.
Position: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
Experience: 0–1 year
Salary: ₹3 LPA (₹25,000/month in-hand)
Location: Electronic city, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-time
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with different teams to understand their hiring requirements, source candidates, screen profiles, and coordinate interviews.
What you'll do:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other available channels.
- Screen profiles and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the respective team members.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates and follow up regularly.
- Work with different teams to understand their hiring requirements and close open positions.
- Help improve our hiring process as the company grows.
What we're looking for:
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source candidates creatively when regular job portals don't work.
- Organised, proactive and good at follow-ups.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-moving startup workplace.
