We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with an interest in Human Resources and Organisational Psychology to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, learning and development, and coordination with our offices across locations.

Freshers and early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

- Support HR processes, including onboarding, employee record management, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and workplace well-being initiatives.
- Assist in organising training programmes, learning and development sessions, and internal workshops.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and locations.
- Support employee interactions, address routine queries, and escalate concerns to the appropriate team when required.

Who Can Apply? A. Educational Qualifications & Technical Skills





- MBA in Human Resources or MA/MSc in Organisational Psychology.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Comfort with email communication, data entry, and maintaining digital records.
