Company Description CareDiumX Healthtech LLP is building a unified hospital operating system tailored to India’s tier‑2 and tier‑3 hospitals. The company provides a multi‑tenant Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) that supports registration, OPD/IPD, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, inventory, staff management, claims handling, and analytics. Its solutions are designed to help smaller hospitals streamline operations, improve patient services, and scale effectively.

Role Description The Hospital Manager / Administrator will oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical, administrative, and support services. This full time, on-site role is based in Jhabua and involves coordinating departments, supervising staff, and monitoring patient experience and service quality. The role includes managing budgets, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.

Manager / Administrator will work closely with senior leadership to implement operational processes aligned with CareDiumX’s HMIS platform, support data-driven decision-making,



and drive continuous improvement in care delivery and hospital performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Practice Management and Hospital Management skills to oversee departments, workflows, and clinical-administrative coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to manage patient interactions, address concerns, and collaborate effectively with staff and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and financial management skills to plan, monitor, and optimize hospital expenses and revenue.
- Candidates should possess leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to supervise staff, delegate responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with hospital information systems or HMIS platforms, and basic analytical skills to interpret operational data and performance metrics.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations, especially in tier‑2 or tier‑3 settings, will be an advantage.
