Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Product Handling in Anachem Business from their dedicated target accounts

Handle leads from various marketing channels and responds to prospective customers in time

Responsible for Lead Nurturing, Closure of "Hot" leads & close the sales. At the same time, keep a track of "Warm & Cold" lead and converting them for future Sales.

Processing orders till the shipment of material

Interact with prospective customers, understand their needs and position/propose suitable products. Ensure proactive sharing of necessary information with prospective customers, build sales case, with a goal of winning the orders

Management of existing database and tagging for NVC channel. Need to work upon improving quality of database by qualifying customers as well as adding current set of customers.

Conduct demos using IT tools, Build good customer relationships. Quarterly visits to key customers.

Build Competence - Working with TACs for closing the deal as per application of customer.

Timely collection of receivables as per MTIN guidelines





Interaction with Telemarketing, Database and Marcom Team, SALOGA & Commercial Team.

Handling complaints & issues faced by customer after sales.

Effective nurturing of leads; building relationships by conducting ongoing, informative dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales ready. Move each lead to the next step in the sales cycle at the appropriate time and ultimately close the sale.

Set up a sales network the Internet & Mailers. Ensure all business is conducted as per MT code of conduct.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Technical Skills

B.Sc./M.Sc./B.tec/ B.Eng. with good communication skills.

Should possess good communication skills.
