Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Generating Service Revenue for Region. Grow Service Revenue. Penetrate Target Accounts for New Contract and VAS. Grow revenue from existing customers by Upselling Contracts.

Selling of Services in P & F account.

Exploring iBase for New AMC/CAMC Contracts.

Understanding customer requirement and offering suitable Service solution

Upselling of Contract by converting AMC to CAMC, Bundling VAS & PM Kit under Contract etc.

Achieve New Contract Sales target from P and F account.

Achieve net sales target for Contracts + VAS + Call Charge for the Region - On Monthly / Quarterly / Annual basis.

Focusing on converting more instrument under Contract, to achieve Regional Contract penetration target.

Quick Action on Leads assigned. Responsible for Lead Nurturing, Closure of "Hot" leads & close the sales. At the same time, keep a track of "Warm & Cold" lead and converting them for future Sales.

Preparing and sending Quotes to customers followed by continuous Follow up, Negotiation and timely closure of lead assigned.



Keeping good track of lead assigned and timely Updating Marketing lead dashboard.

Responsible for entire Service Sales Cycle i.e., Preparing & Sending Quote, Follow Up, Negotiation, Collecting Order, Order Processing, Order Booking, Collecting Advance Payment.

Effectively using & Updating Site Penetration Plan / Radiation Plan

On Field Utilization should be 50% and timely updating visits in SAP.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Experience

BE/Diploma - Instrumentation/Electronics / Mechanical or BSc.in Electronics / Physics. Post graduate qualification in management will be an added advantage.

Overall and Specific Experience: Experience in Service or Sales. Services such as Contracts and VAS.
