We’re looking for dynamic freshers to join our Music Operations team and get hands-on exposure to music business operations at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Support music catalog building, management, and day-to-day operations
- Track tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and internal follow-ups
- Assist with documentation and process maintenance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth music delivery and administration
- Help maintain accurate records and operational workflows
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution
What We’re Looking For
- Robust attention to detail and disciplined work ethic
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and processes
- Interest in music, digital content, catalog management, or music business
- Quick learner with a strong sense of ownership
- Good communication and coordination skills
Important: This role is for freshers who are ready to work professionally from day one. Students are not eligible.
