Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Responsible for overall office upkeep & safety, both head office & regional offices.
Contracts Management & Renewal of AMC.
Oversee office Space Management & Employee Seating.
Ensure energy saving Measures & Energy Management.
Coordinate with building maintenance team for any issues, escalations, support.
Ensure Tagging of company assets and coordinate during fixed assets audit.
Support regional offices in the renewal of AMC and resolve any maintenance / admin issues.
Maintain admin related records / Data.
Coordinate vendor invoicing and payment processes.
Resolve any maintenance / Admin issues at the factory.
Be the backup for travel desk.
Provide support during set up of new regional offices.
Oversee the renewal of all fire safety equipment's.
What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications and Technical Skills
Diploma in Engineering
Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
Key Behavioral Attributes
Able to multitask
Able to manage work pressures and timelines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
