Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for early-career professionals and recent graduates. The role involves supporting recruitment operations, including sourcing resumes, screening candidates according to defined criteria, and assisting with interview scheduling and coordination. Daily tasks may include maintaining candidate databases, preparing basic reports, and handling administrative duties to ensure smooth staffing processes for global clients.





Team members will collaborate closely with senior recruiters, follow established workflows, and learn industry-standard tools and practices.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new recruitment platforms.
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within defined timelines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Completed bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Availability to work full time on-site in Ahmedabad and adhere to company policies and work schedules.
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or staffing services; prior internship or project exposure in these areas is an advantage but not required.
