Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – Trusteeship to lead trusteeship operations, regulatory compliance, business development, and client relationships. The candidate will oversee debenture trusteeship, security trusteeship, debt securities, and structured finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall trusteeship business, including strategic planning, operations, and business growth.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, AMCs, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
- Oversee debenture trustee and security trustee operations, including trust deed execution and transaction documentation.
- Monitor security creation, charge registration, security perfection, and covenant compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI regulations, Companies Act provisions, and other regulatory requirements.




- Oversee regulatory filings, audits, inspections, and reporting.
- Manage risks related to covenant breaches, defaults, and enforcement proceedings.
- Coordinate with legal teams, lenders, issuers, and regulators.
- Lead and mentor trusteeship, operations, and compliance teams.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in debenture and security trusteeship.
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations and Companies Act provisions.
- Expertise in debenture trust deeds and security documentation.
- Understanding of structured finance and debt capital markets.
- Solid risk management and compliance knowledge.
- Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Industry Experience Trusteeship companies, banks, NBFCs, debt capital market intermediaries, or financial services organizations.
