We're building a centralised Healthcare Concierge team to manage prescription orders across our pharmacy network.

We're looking for qualified pharmacists who are exceptionally organised, articulate, meticulous, and capable of taking complete ownership of every order from receipt to delivery.

? Your Responsibilities

- Receive Orders: Attend customer calls and WhatsApp messages, collect prescriptions, and accurately record medication requirements.
- Verify Stock: Check medicine availability across our pharmacy network and identify the closest store capable of fulfilling the order.
- Assign or Procure: Route orders to the appropriate store. Where stock is unavailable, initiate and coordinate purchase orders to source the required medication.
- Track Fulfilment: Follow up with the pharmacy and delivery teams, ensuring each order progresses smoothly from processing to dispatch.
- Confirm Delivery: Track the order until it has successfully reached the patient.
- Close the Loop: Update the order journal with accurate details and mark the order completed only after confirmed delivery.

? Who We're Looking For

✅ D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualified pharmacists.





✅ Fluent English and Hindi – Excellent spoken communication in both languages is mandatory.

✅ Robust knowledge and recall of medication names, compositions, and pharmaceutical brands.

✅ Polished, professional, courteous, and confident in customer interactions.

✅ Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.

✅ Ability to multitask, prioritise urgent requirements, and manage multiple orders without losing track.

✅ Comfortable using WhatsApp, computers, inventory systems, and digital order-management tools.

✅ A strong sense of accountability and the discipline to follow every task through to completion.

What We Value

We aren't looking for someone who simply answers calls or forwards prescriptions.

We're looking for someone who understands that an order isn't complete when it's assigned, packed, or dispatched. It's complete when the patient receives it and the transaction is accurately closed.
