We are looking for a technology leader and builder who can work closely with the founders to shape our technology roadmap, build products from the ground up, and create a scalable and defensible technology platform.

What You Will Own

- Define and execute AlliumIQ's technology and product engineering roadmap.
- Architect and build scalable, production-ready technology platforms.
- Drive products from concept → PoC → MVP → commercial deployment.
- Lead development across AI/ML, software architecture, APIs, data and intelligent systems, as relevant to the product.
- Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team.
- Identify opportunities for proprietary technology, patents and technology-led differentiation.
- Work directly with founders, customers,



strategic partners and investors on technology initiatives.
- Make key decisions around technology stack, architecture, infrastructure and build-vs-buy.

What We Are Looking For

- 8–12 years of solid product/technology engineering experience.
- B.Tech/M.Tech from a Tier-1 / Tier-2 engineering college.
- Strong software engineering, architecture and problem-solving fundamentals.
- Experience building and shipping real-world technology products.
- Startup / entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias towards ownership and execution.
- Ability to operate hands-on while also thinking strategically.
- Experience with AI/ML, computer vision, deep-tech, automation or other technology-intensive products is a strong plus.
- Someone excited by the opportunity to build from zero-to-one and grow with a venture-backed company.
