About the Role

Vidwath Cutting-edge Solutions Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Software Development to lead our software development team and drive end-to-end technology solutions from Mysore. You will manage development teams, ensure timely project delivery, maintain code quality, and support innovation across projects. Success in this role means high-quality software delivered on time, a strong and growing development team, and sound architecture and engineering standards across all projects.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the software development team across multiple projects
- Design, develop, and oversee scalable mobile and web applications
- Guide the team in Flutter application development and best practices
- Manage source code repositories, branching, and deployment workflows using GitHub
- Review code quality, architecture, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution
- Ensure timely delivery of software projects with high-quality standards
- Mentor developers and conduct technical training sessions
- Define software architecture and development standards
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify technical risks and provide effective solutions
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Ensure software security, performance optimization, and scalability
- Manage testing, debugging,



and deployment activities
- Research emerging technologies, introduce innovative tools and frameworks, and drive continuous improvement in processes and team productivity

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Software Development and Team Management
- Strong expertise in Flutter development and mobile application architecture
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices, REST APIs, and scalable architectures
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, version control systems, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, or related cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, backend systems, and deployment practices
- Proven experience in managing software teams and client projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities
- Kannada speaking ability preferred
