Director - Head of Enterprise Platform & Services:

Our Leading customer is seeking a technology leader to drive the enterprise vision, strategy, and execution across Data, Workflow, Contact Center, Portals, and Print & Correspondence platforms. This role will lead modernization, AI adoption, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives supporting our TPA and advantages administration business.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for Data, Workflow, Digital Portals, Contact Center, and Correspondence platforms.
- Lead enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Drive workflow automation, business process optimization, and operational efficiency programs.
- Oversee customer, client, provider, and employer-facing portal platforms and digital experiences.
- Lead modernization of call centre technologies, omnichannel servicing, and self-service capabilities.
- Manage print and correspondence platforms supporting customer and regulatory communications.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions & build and lead high-performing global technology and data teams.

Required Qualifications





- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Technology, Data, Digital Platforms, or Operations Technology.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale teams and transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in:
- Enterprise Data & Analytics
- Workflow & Process Automation
- Digital Portals
- Contact Center Technologies
- Enterprise Integrations & APIs
- Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Hands-on understanding of Python, SQL, Snowflake, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Data Architecture.
- Proven experience driving enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, TPA, Benefits Administration, or Financial Services.
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, Data Governance, and Customer Experience platforms.
- Experience with FastAPI, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern cloud-native technologies.
