ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build NetoAI’s marketing function and scale it as we grow across multiple geographies. Working closely with the leadership and sales teams, you will shape our brand, positioning and go-to-market strategy, and build the engine that drives awareness, demand and pipeline globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Define and drive the global marketing strategy, aligned with business growth and expansion plans.

▪ Build the marketing function from the ground up and scale it as the company expands internationally.

▪ Own brand, positioning and messaging, ensuring a consistent and compelling story across markets and channels.

▪ Lead demand generation and integrated campaigns across digital, content, events and partner channels to build a strong sales pipeline.





▪ Drive product marketing and go-to-market launches in close partnership with product and sales teams.

▪ Manage the marketing budget, define KPIs, and report on ROI, pipeline contribution and performance to leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

▪ 15+ years of experience in Marketing, including 3+ years heading the marketing function.

▪ Proven B2B marketing leadership, with experience working in a product company.

▪ Strong track record in branding and market positioning, building differentiated brands in competitive markets.

▪ Global marketing exposure, having led campaigns and teams across multiple countries and regions.

▪ Proven expertise in product marketing, demand generation and digital marketing.

▪ Strong data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools.

▪ Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and partner closely with senior leadership.
