As we embark on this strategic regional expansion, we are looking for a agile, seasoned leader to streamline our day-to-day operations, build institutional structures, and align human resources with our corporate scaling goals.

Role Overview The Head of HR & Operations will bridge the gap between organizational strategy and execution. Leveraging a strong background in retail sales operations and human resources management, you will create robust standard operating procedures (SOPs), institutionalize accountability mechanisms (KRAs/KPIs), manage daily storefront/backend operations, and nurture talent.

Key Responsibilities

- SOP Frameworks: Create, implement, and audit comprehensive SOPs across all levels of retail showroom and business operations.
- Smart Delegation: Effectively delegate responsibilities to respective employees based on their roles to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Performance Architecture: Design realistic, achievable KRAs and KPIs for each tier of staff and monitor progress.




- Training & Development: Analyze performance gaps, identify training requirements, and design modules to upscale luxury sales techniques and hospitality.
- Grievance & HR Management: Act as the primary point of contact for employee-related issues, workplace culture, and end-to-end recruitment for our expansion.
- Direct Reporting: Work closely with and report directly to the Director/Owner to build the scaling framework for upcoming branches.

What We Are Looking For

- Industry Experience: Proven track record in managing retail operations is mandatory. Prior experience working in an organized, corporate jewellery retail company is highly preferred to help drive our operational migration.
- Domain Experience: 10–12 years of core experience spanning both Retail Sales Operations and Human Resource management.
- Skills: Proven expertise in writing SOPs, building KRA/KPI models, and conducting training needs analysis.
- Leadership: Exceptional delegation skills with an assertive yet empathetic management style capable of managing a growing team.
- Communication: Fluency in Hindi and English with strong interpersonal skills.
