Role Description The Head of Retail Sales is a full time, on-site role based in Erode, responsible for leading and growing the company’s retail presence. This role oversees daily store operations, including sales performance, customer experience, merchandising, and inventory coordination. The Head of Retail Sales will set sales targets, monitor key performance indicators, and develop strategies to increase store traffic and conversion.

This position includes managing and coaching the retail team, implementing training programs, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.



The role works closely with management to align retail initiatives with broader business objectives and brand positioning in the organic food market.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, customer insights, and market trends for decision-making and strategy development.
- Proven Team Management experience, including staffing, performance management, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in food, grocery, or organic products retail is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Erode and adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
