Job Title: - Head - Construction Supply Chain Management

Location: - Jagiroad, Assam

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive Construction Supply Chain Management for large-scale industrial Greenfield and Brownfield projects. The role requires a strong blend of construction leadership and supply chain expertise, with responsibility for procurement, supplier management, contractor management, contracts, commercial management, and cost optimization to support successful project execution.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects while managing procurement, supply chain, supplier, and contractor management activities.
- Strong capability to balance construction execution with supply chain, procurement, supplier management, and contractor management responsibilities.
- Experience in contract management, commercial negotiations, cost management, and project procurement.
- Robust exposure to managing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.




- Demonstrated success in Greenfield and/or Brownfield project environments.
- Strong decision-making ability, sound judgment, and commercial acumen in complex project environments.

Preferred Background

- Experience working on large industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, utility, EPC, or capital projects.
- Experience supporting major project construction, procurement, contracts, and supply chain activities.
- Proven track record of managing large contractor ecosystems, construction packages, and supplier relationships.

Ideal Candidate A senior construction and supply chain leader who can seamlessly integrate construction execution with procurement, contracts, supplier management, contractor management, and cost management, ensuring successful delivery of large capital projects.

Experience: 15+ Years Preferred

Industry: Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, Industrial Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Capital Projects, or related sectors.
