About The Role

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead and scale our growth marketing capability across acquisition, conversion and activation. Reporting to the General Manager Member Experience, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and bring together search, performance, lifecycle and behavioural insights to deliver measurable member growth, stronger early engagement and increased funds under management.

You Will

- Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, providing clear direction, coaching and meaningful development opportunities.
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle and retirement.
- Drive the performance and integration of SEO, SEM, programmatic, paid social, AI-enabled tools and lifecycle activity.
- Design high-impact campaigns and optimisation initiatives that improve conversion, early member activation and digital engagement.
- Establish structured experimentation and test-and-learn frameworks, using behavioural insights and audience intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional squads, creative teams and external agencies to deliver consistent, personalised member experiences.
- Set transparent performance targets and oversee reporting,



insights and optimisation across growth initiatives, with appropriate consideration of compliance, risk and member outcomes.

What we’re looking for We’re looking for a commercially minded, people-focused marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong focus on measurable growth. You’ll be curious, collaborative and comfortable working in an environment where experimentation, rapid iteration and evidence-based decisions are part of how work gets done.

- Strong experience leading multidisciplinary marketing specialists and building a high-performing, engaged team culture.
- Demonstrated experience across growth marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition and customer growth.
- Strong knowledge of acquisition, conversion and onboarding funnel optimisation, supported by confident interpretation of performance and behavioural data.
- Experience applying behavioural science, personalisation and experimentation approaches to improve digital or customer outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing or experimentation platforms; exposure to lifecycle, CRM or marketing automation platforms is highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and external partners.




- A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, digital, business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
