Growth & Marketing Intern Don't just create content. Figure out why customers care.

Why would a family switch its milk brand? What makes a customer trust a new dairy business? And what turns a first purchase into a daily habit?

At Dairy Saathi, we’re building a more direct, transparent connection between dairy farms and the families they serve.

We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond likes and followers — someone curious about customers, obsessed with learning, and excited to turn insights into growth.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON01 — Understand the customer

Talk to customers, uncover their needs, understand their objections and figure out what drives their decisions.

02 — Build and test hypotheses

Don't assume you know what works. Form ideas, run small experiments, analyse the results and improve.

03 — Think in funnels

Understand the journey from awareness to interest, first purchase, subscription and retention. Find where potential customers drop off and what might bring them back.

04 — Create with a purpose

Develop social content, reels, campaigns and messaging that solve customer problems, build trust and drive action.

05 — Learn from data

Track what matters — not just reach and engagement, but enquiries, conversions, sign-ups and repeat purchases.

You naturally ask why people behave the way they do.
- Analytical thinking: You can turn observations into hypotheses and hypotheses into experiments.
- Bias for action: You don't wait for perfect instructions. You take initiative and test ideas.
- Clear communication: You can turn a customer insight into a compelling story.
- Ownership: You follow through, measure outcomes and learn from what doesn't work.
- Comfort with ambiguity: You enjoy figuring things out in a startup workplace.

You don't need to know everything about marketing. We value curiosity, structured thinking, initiative and the ability to learn quickly. THE DETAILS
- Duration: 3 months
- Compensation: Unpaid internship
- Commitment: 40 hours per week
- Working hours: Flexible, to be mutually agreed
- Growth opportunity: Potential full-time role based on performance
