About Indian Startup School

Indian Startup School (ISS) is a Gurugram-based startup ecosystem platform built around three core pillars: Educate, Incubate, and Invest. About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, driven, and entrepreneurial Growth Intern who wants to understand how startups operate from the inside.

This is not a conventional internship where you’re restricted to one department. Over three months, you’ll get hands-on exposure to multiple functions of a startup, including sales, marketing, branding, business development, and incubation.

You’ll work closely with the team, contribute to real business initiatives, understand how different functions work together, and learn what it takes to build and grow a business from the ground up.

If you’re someone who wants to explore the startup ecosystem, develop a strong business foundation, and eventually build something of your own, this role is an opportunity to learn by doing.

Who We’re Looking For

- Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re curious about how businesses are built, scaled,



and operated.
- Eagerness to learn: You’re open to exploring different functions, taking feedback, and learning through execution.
- Startup interest: You have an interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or the broader startup ecosystem. Prior startup experience is a plus.
- Ownership and initiative: You’re proactive, resourceful, and willing to take responsibility rather than wait for instructions.
- Adaptability: You’re comfortable working across different teams, taking on current challenges, and navigating the fast-paced nature of a startup.
- Action-oriented approach: You’re excited to turn ideas into action and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’re looking for people with the right attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
