Role Description The Growth & AI Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. This role involves designing and executing data-driven growth strategies across digital channels, with a strong focus on AI-enabled marketing workflows and automation. The specialist will plan and manage campaigns, collaborate with creative and technical teams, and optimize funnels for lead generation and conversion.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, running experiments, refining growth tactics, and preparing clear reports and insights for stakeholders. The role also includes identifying new growth opportunities, supporting sales and business development efforts,



and contributing to continuous improvement of VAJRA.SOCIAL’s marketing frameworks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, run experiments, and optimize campaigns for measurable business results.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams, present insights, and engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Growth Hacking skills to design and test scalable, creative acquisition and retention strategies using AI and automation.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support revenue-focused initiatives, nurture leads, and align marketing efforts with business development goals.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, organize, and deliver multi-channel campaigns on time and within scope.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or AI-driven marketing tools is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field,



or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate in a fast-paced, experimentation-oriented environment.

- Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity.

- Basic HTML, APIs, webhooks or other technical integrations.
