Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphics + Motion Designer Trainee role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The trainee will assist in designing graphics and motion assets for digital campaigns, social media content, and influencer-driven projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating motion graphics and animations, supporting video production workflows, and collaborating on storyboards for content videos and brand campaigns.

The role involves working closely with directors, producers,



and editors to maintain visual consistency, meet creative briefs, and deliver assets within deadlines. The trainee will also participate in brainstorming sessions, adapt feedback into design revisions, and learn agency best practices in media and influencer marketing.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.
- Basic experience or training in Animation and Storyboarding to support narrative-driven visual projects.
- Understanding of Video Production processes, including file formats, asset preparation, and collaboration with editors.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced creative team.
- Strong time management, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and mentorship.
- Relevant coursework or degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
