About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 2–3 years of experience to design visually compelling graphics and produce high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, storytelling through visuals, and the ability to deliver engaging content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, banners, posters, and marketing collaterals.
- Create and edit videos for social media, YouTube, ads, reels, product demos, and promotional content.
- Develop brand-consistent visual assets while following brand guidelines.
- Edit raw footage, add transitions, effects, text, music, and color grading to produce polished final videos.
- Create motion graphics, animated content, and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver designs/videos on time.
- Optimize graphics and videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
- Maintain organized design files and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and platform algorithms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.




- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or Figma/Canva as additional tools).
- Strong expertise in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience in creating social media creatives, thumbnails, and short-form video content.
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating motion graphics and 2D animation.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design basics.
- Familiarity with stock footage, music licensing, and free resource platforms.
- Experience working with marketing teams on digital campaigns.
