Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full-time on-site in Kochi, creating visual assets that support RH Factor’s brand and content across digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for videos, thumbnails, social media posts, and channel branding elements, as well as collaborating with content creators to translate ideas into clear, compelling visuals. The role involves developing and refining logos, typography treatments, and layouts that align with the channel’s voice and target audience.

Designer will maintain brand consistency, prepare files for various formats, and respond to feedback quickly to support a fast-paced production schedule.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging digital assets.
- Experience in Logo Design, Branding and youtube thumbnail creation and social media posters.
- Proficiency in Typography, including layout, font pairing, and readability for both static and video-based content.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, original work relevant to digital content, social media, or YouTube channels.
- Ability to collaborate closely with creators, respond to direction, and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Strong time-management skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Kochi.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
