Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital products, websites, brands, and marketing materials in alignment with project requirements and creative briefs. Daily responsibilities include developing UI assets, icons,



and illustrations; designing logos and brand identities; preparing layouts for web and print; and ensuring visual consistency across platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with UX designers, developers, and strategists, contributing to design reviews, and iterating based on feedback and user insights.

The Graphic

Designer will also prepare production-ready files, maintain design libraries, and stay current with design trends, AI tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create transparent, engaging, and cohesive visual solutions.
- Demonstrated skills in Logo Design and Branding to craft distinctive identities and comprehensive brand systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, including type hierarchy, legibility, and pairing, to enhance usability and brand expression.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects or similar).
- Portfolio showcasing digital product design, web interfaces, brand work, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced project teams.
- Attention to detail, strong visual judgment, and the capacity to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
