Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Noida. The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling assets for digital content, including thumbnails, social media posts, and graphics for video and editorial stories. Responsibilities include collaborating with writers, producers, and editors to develop cohesive visual identities for shows and series, and translating creative briefs into high-impact designs.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will lead the design charge for our videos, social content, internal comms, and upcoming show IPs. You’ll craft smart, scroll-stopping visuals that elevate how stories are told — across thumbnails, explainers, motion graphics, and platform branding. This is a key visual role in a high-energy creative environment.

What You’ll Work On





- Designing visual assets for video production: lower-thirds, transitions, overlays, and text callouts
- Creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails and channel branding elements (banners, end screens)
- Crafting engaging social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) in sync with content calendars
- Supporting motion designers with animation-friendly graphics and layout consistency
- Developing templates and infographics for pitch decks, internal docs, and IP briefs
- Ensuring visual consistency and brand identity across platforms and formats Must-Have Skills
- Strong illustration skills and eye for character form and expression
- Experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, or Figma
- Basic knowledge of character rigging/readiness for animation (optional but good)
- Understanding of color palettes, poses, silhouettes, and visual appeal
- Interest in storytelling, memes, trends, and content culture

Bonus (Nice to Have)

- Familiarity with AI tools for concept art or character base modeling
- Passion for digital storytelling, comics, or indie animations
- Experience with character style guides or animatic storyboard collaboration
- Awareness of Indian internet culture, reels, and creator trends
