About UsEmbodiment Advanced Systems is an early-stage deep-tech company focused on developing autonomous swarm systems, unmanned aerial, ground and maritime platforms, and advanced communication and control technologies for defence and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Research government grants, startup funding schemes, R&D; programmes and innovation challenges, including iDEX, DRDO, DST, MeitY and Startup India.
- Identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities through GeM, CPPP and other government platforms.
- Analyse eligibility criteria, technical specifications, documentation requirements and submission deadlines.
- Assist in preparing grant applications, tender proposals and supporting documentation.
- Maintain structured databases of grants, tenders, funding opportunities and application statuses.
- Monitor defence procurement developments and relevant government initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate opportunities and support submissions.
- Prepare weekly reports highlighting actionable opportunities,



deadlines and recommendations.

Requirements
- Strong research, analytical and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and documentation tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand government guidelines, funding requirements and tender documents.
- Interest in defence technology, autonomous systems and the startup ecosystem.
- Familiarity with GeM, government procurement or startup funding programmes is an advantage, but not mandatory.
