Role Description The General Manager – Resort is a full-time, in office position based at Touchwood Bliss in the Nashik region. This role oversees day-to-day resort operations, including guest services, property upkeep, and coordination with housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage teams.

The General

Manager ensures high standards of customer satisfaction, manages budgets and financial performance, and maintains compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities include leading and developing staff, managing hiring and scheduling, addressing guest feedback, and implementing initiatives to improve occupancy, revenue, and overall guest experience.





Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to respond to guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Experience in Property Management, including overseeing facilities, maintenance, and coordination with operations teams.
- Proficiency in Budgeting, financial tracking, and cost control to support sustainable and profitable resort operations.
- Hands-on experience in Hiring, team leadership, and performance management within hospitality or related sectors.
- Prior experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality management; familiarity with leisure or wellness properties is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Comfort with basic office software and property management systems; ability to interpret reports and operational metrics.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
