JOB SUMMARY:

As our General Manager - Human Resources, you will act as a pivotal strategic business partner leading multi-site HR and plant-level operations from our corporate office in Hyderabad. You will own the full spectrum of industrial relations, labor jurisprudence, and statutory compliance across our advanced manufacturing units, ensuring seamless shop-floor harmony, robust people management, and collaborative workforce dynamics.

Beyond core industrial relations, you will spearhead specialized talent acquisition, talent management, and workforce planning for high-end aerospace engineering teams ranging from satellite bus architectures and optical payloads to Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) roles. Operating at the executive leadership level, you will drive competitive compensation, total rewards, manpower arrangements,



and performance management frameworks tailored specifically for deep-tech and heavy engineering environments.

You will directly own key operational metrics including plant harmony indices, time-to-fill for critical engineering talent, and workforce retention across our high-performance technical hubs. Your leadership will directly shape our organizational capability as we scale indigenous innovation in the global aerospace sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, strategic talent management, and pipeline scaling for specialized technical, avionics, and aerospace engineering positions.
- Oversee multi-site HR operations, manpower arrangement, workforce planning, and strategic people management initiatives supporting upcoming project milestones.
- Lead industrial relations, labor jurisprudence, and statutory compliance across advanced manufacturing units to ensure harmonious shop-floor dynamics.
- Design and administer competitive compensation, total rewards, benchmarking, and performance management frameworks tailored for technical manufacturing environments.
- Partner directly with executive leadership to shape organizational design, workforce scaling, and long-term labor strategy.




- Own key operational metrics including employee retention, plant harmony indices, compliance scores, and critical technical time-to-fill targets.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

- 15 to 22 years of progressive HR experience within manufacturing, aerospace, or defense sectors.
- At least 5 to 6 years operating at the AGM, DGM, or General Manager level.
- MBA or MHRM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
- Strong expertise in industrial relations (IR), labor laws, and statutory compliance within heavy manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record in large-scale manpower arrangement, talent management, people management, and technical talent acquisition.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

- Experience scaling greenfield or expansion-stage manufacturing facilities.
- Exposure to high-tech, space-tech, or deep-tech engineering sectors.
