About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Fundraising Executive to identify potential investors, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and support the company's fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with an interest in investment opportunities and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential investors, donors, funding partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and funding sources.
- Present company projects, business models, and investment proposals to prospective investors.
- Conduct market research to identify suitable fundraising opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and other fundraising materials.
- Coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups, and discussions.
- Track fundraising leads, maintain investor databases, and update the fundraising pipeline.
- Collaborate with management and business development teams to achieve fundraising targets.
- Negotiate and communicate funding terms in coordination with management.




- Ensure skilled communication and confidentiality throughout the fundraising process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of fundraising, investment proposals, and business development.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
- Ability to conduct market research and generate leads.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience or interest in investor relations, corporate fundraising, financial services, business development, or startup funding will be preferred.
