Responsibilities

- Provide AMS support, incident resolution, and enhancement delivery for SAP SRM.
- Configure and support SRM procurement scenarios including Self-Service Procurement, Classic, and Extended Classic.
- Manage SRM-MM integration, Middleware, ALE/IDoc, and master data replication (Material, Vendor, HR).
- Configure workflows, organizational structures, catalogs,



and contracts.
- Prepare functional specifications, support testing, deployments, and change requests.
- Use ServiceNow (ITSM) for incident, problem, and change management.
- Independently interact with clients and support business users.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SRM AMS and enhancement/support projects.
- Expertise in SRM configuration, workflows, and SRM-MM integration.
- Experience in Classic and Extended Classic scenarios.
- Knowledge of Material, Vendor, and HR master data replication.
- Experience with SAP Portal and Organizational Structure setup.
- Strong experience in incident, service request, and change management.
- Positive communication, client-facing, and troubleshooting skills.
- At least one end-to-end SAP SRM implementation/support project experience.
