Position Name : Tech Lead - Full Stack Engineer - Front end focused

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer – Tech Lead with solid front-end expertise to design and build AI-native applications for healthcare revenue cycle management. The role involves leading development of responsive web interfaces, integrating backend services, and ensuring production-grade reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development of web applications using React and modern frontend

frameworks.
- Integrate front-end with Java/Spring Boot microservices and AI workflows.
- Drive performance, observability, and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, QA, Governance).
- Ensure CI/CD, automated testing, and production readiness.

Required Skills

- Experience Required: 6–10 Years




- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/ Engineering/IT (mandatory)
- AI/ML or Generative AI certifications (preferred)
- Strong expertise in React / modern frontend frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and backend integration.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Exposure to AI/LLM workflows (RAG, agentic systems) is a plus.
- Proven leadership in delivering scalable, reliable applications

Shift require: 3.00p.m to 12.00a.m IST
