Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and React-based UI development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the application stack, from backend services and database design to modern frontend components and CI/CD automation.

This role requires close collaboration with UI/UX designers, product managers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high- quality solutions in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and maintain databases, with a solid understanding of database versioning and migration tools such as Liquibase.
- Build responsive, modular, and reusable frontend components using React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Implement and manage client-side application state using Redux Toolkit or equivalent state-management libraries.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end product features.
- Implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to application implementations with a focus on reliability,scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging,



and production environments.
- Take ownership of assigned features and technical issues through design, implementation, deployment, and production support.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of professional full stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
- Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and deployment automation.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and experience integrating applications with different systems.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices best practices.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and authentication frameworks, including OAuth and JWT.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Exposure to application architecture and technical design.
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development and coding tools.
