About the Role-

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (MERN) with strong expertise in React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, deploying them to production, and working with cloud infrastructure—especially AWS.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to build performant, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities-

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and data modeling.
- Deploy and maintain applications in production environments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, etc.).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow best DevOps practices.




- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.
- Debug, test, and improve existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

- 2+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend patterns.
- Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Hands-on knowledge of MongoDB.
- Strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with deployment processes and production environments.
- Practical experience with AWS services.
- Understanding of Git-based workflows.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and authentication systems.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Valuable to Have (Plus Points)-

- Experience with Next.js.
- Knowledge of animations and interactions using Framer Motion or GSAP.
- Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR) and performance optimization.
- Experience with Docker or containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
