Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist role is a full time, on-site position based in Hazaribag. This role involves greeting visitors, answering and routing phone calls, managing inquiries, and providing a welcoming and professional front-office experience. The Receptionist will handle clerical tasks such as maintaining visitor logs, scheduling appointments, managing incoming and outgoing mail,



and supporting basic administrative duties for various teams.

The role also includes coordinating with internal staff to ensure smooth communication, assisting with office organization, and delivering consistent, courteous customer service to clients and partners.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with visitors, clients, and team members.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette to manage calls, inquiries, and front desk operations professionally.
- Solid clerical skills, including basic computer literacy, scheduling, record keeping, and handling correspondence.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a busy office environment.
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role is preferred.
