Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Franchise Business Consultant role based in Patna.

The Franchise Business

Consultant will support franchise partners in launching, operating, and growing their Creators Mind™ centers, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals. Daily responsibilities include guiding franchisees on business planning, local market development, and operational processes, as well as monitoring performance metrics and providing recommendations to improve profitability and learner experience. The role involves conducting regular visits and reviews, training franchise staff on platform features and service offerings,



and coordinating with internal teams to address franchise needs and implement best practices.

The consultant will also help identify new franchise opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall franchise model.

Qualifications

- Business planning and management consulting skills to guide franchise partners in strategy, forecasting, and growth planning.
- Franchising expertise, including experience with franchise models, compliance with brand standards, and partner relationship management.
- Operations management capabilities to streamline center processes, ensure service quality, and optimize resource utilization.
- P&L; management skills to analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and improve profitability at franchise locations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with franchisees, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in office in Patna, conduct regular field visits, and manage multiple franchise engagements simultaneously.
- Comfort with technology platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing or education technology domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; prior experience in franchising, consulting, or education services is an advantage.
