Role Description The Foundry Equipment Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with foundries, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting Fettling Automation’s grinding, degating, and cutting equipment.

The Sales

Manager will conduct on-site customer visits, understand technical requirements, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations to close sales. Daily activities include coordinating with internal technical teams, providing product demonstrations,



responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also involves monitoring market trends, participating in industry events, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience working with heavy equipment, preferably in foundry or industrial environments.
- Strong sales and sales management skills, including pipeline development and account management.
- Ability to manage customer service activities, build long-term relationships, and address client concerns promptly.
- Proven negotiation skills to structure and close commercial agreements effectively.
- Good understanding of industrial or manufacturing markets and technical products.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and travel to customer locations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
